Spirala dose not you mana but ink instead. Ink dose not regen over time, and in stead of mana pot its ink pot that give 50 ink right then and their.

Spell:

Passive: Ink Press: grands boost to max ink per kill 1 for minions 5 for epic 10 for champion

Q: Stroke: Spirala paints a line damaging and slow enemys (50/90/130/170/210) + (26%ap) Slow (10%/12%/15%/18%/20%)+(.1%ap) Cost ( 10/15/25/40/65) ink cool down 10sec

W: ink well: Spirala give up 10% curent hp for (25/35/40/50/70) ink cooldown 20 secs

E: Painted dogs: Spirala summons a ink dog for (10/15/20/25/30/) secs dogs stats are based off Spirala's stats cool down 45 sec

Dogs Stats: Health: (15% max hp) Ad: (10% ap) Armor and magic resist:(20% armor)

R: True art: Spirala realese all the ink she has on one target dealling (200/400/600)+(100%ink) If it kills the target Spirala's ink is restored. cool down 200sec if it kill the target cool down is 100sec

I would actually need to see just how her "Ink" scales. I feel like she would need to pull off some pretty fantastic plays to even get a decent amount to be viable in lane. Considering the fact that the ink doesn't regenerate, you're sort of left with a big hole in your damage trying to carry around 5 mana potions. I would suggest making her use ink, but with reduced benefits of mana....maybe she converts 40% of all mana and mana regen to ink instead. There's probably no harm in actually letting her keep another Ink Dog around, and I feel like Ink Well could be turned into something like Nocturne's puddle pool thing...except it follows the enemy champion and increases Spirala's ink regeneration. I really don't want to imagine a Yordle painter eviscerating herself for the sake of art, haha. Unless, however, you were trying to go for a "Blood Painter" or something.

A very interesting idea, could use some tweaks but I think it should be considered
