I have a question about changing Champion VO Files to something more custom.

I was just messing around in Adobe Audition and ended up making This. I was thing of using a Battlecast/Mecha Rengar custom skin and change his VO files to what you hear in the video and was wondering if it against the rules of LoL for me to change the Voice lines of the original any champ and instead use something that i made.
