[Champion Concept] Grun, The Giant Lunk

So, I made a champion concept for a bruiser. It's a very loose concept, and obviously could use constructive criticism, but I thought I'd get it down on a forum so it doesn't go wasted. If it gets enough hits, I might want an art designer. (Note: Ability names are placeholders for now.)

Grun, The Giant Lunk

-Passive- | Grun carries a gigantic weapon around, so he has 20% reduced attack speed. In exchange, he gets +5/12/19/26/33/40 (Leveling at 1/4/8/12/16/18) bonus attack damage. Also, every time he uses an ability, Grun replaces his next basic attack with a wide arc attack that deals <80% Total AD+5% of Bonus Health> physical damage and knocks enemies back a very short distance. (50 units)

Q - Tackle - Cooldown: 20/18.5/17/15.5/14 seconds Grun Slams into his target, dealing 20/45/70/95/120 (+30% Bonus AD, +2.5% Total health) physical damage and knocking his target back a distance equal to the distance Grun travelled. Adds different effects depending on what the enemy hits. Wall: The enemy gets stunned for 1/1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4 seconds and takes an extra 20/30/40/50/60 damage Enemy: That enemy takes the same damage as the first target and is stunned for 1 second.

W - Slam - Cooldown: 25/23.5/22/20.5/19 seconds Grun swings his weapon hard at the enemy, knocking them back a short distance (100 units) and dealing damage equal to 10% of his current health plus 15/25/35/45/55. For 7.5 seconds afterwards, he deals 5/7.5/10/12.5/15% bonus physical damage with his basic attacks, for up to 3 attacks.

E - Jump Slam - Cooldown: 30/27/24/21/18 seconds Grun jumps into the air towards the target location. When he lands, he knocks all enemies in his vicinity up, dealing 15% of the enemy's current health plus 25% of his bonus AD as physical damage when they land. If he kills an enemy with this ability, his abilities' cooldowns are reduced by 2.5 seconds (per enemy killed).

R - Quelling Slam - Cooldown: 175/150/125 seconds Grun lifts his weapon high above him, channeling for 3 seconds (-0.2 seconds per enemy champion in the area (To a minimum of 2 seconds)). After that time, any enemy within the area of effect gets knocked up. When they land, they take 200% of your bonus AD as physical damage and are slowed by 45% for 2.5 seconds. Grun is immune to CC while channeling this ability.

I like this champion unique and simple. I think the channeling for his ult is too long though, three seconds is a very long time and , depending on the size of the radius almost all champions are guaranteed to escape without the aid of CC. And you can be easily CCed during your channeling.
