A serious Question for Riot

Sooo in the Concepts and Creations board you can clearly see there are a TON of AWESOME skins ( Probably way better skins ) then Riot rolls-out

My Question is this to you Riot

Why haven't you made any of all these Awesome skins public yet if the creators want the skins to become Reality and go public??

I cant understand you Riot seriously

you have all these skins sitting and ratting in the forum without you doing anything when you have people telling you they will buy the X,Y,Z skin without even thinking about it and that they like it a lot ( They approved it )

Whats stopping you from making these skins public Riot?
