LOL WishList

I would like to see a WishList implemented to allow users to keep a list of items they would like to own that can be viewed by other users. There have been many times where I would like to surprise a friend with something they would love, but it can be hard deciding on what to get them. This would be so amazing to have especially around major holidays and events when the league vault opens.
