So this is my first go at creating a champion. Essentially a support, focused on controlling the field of battle.

Don't have the scaling stats worked out, mostly conceptual.

No lore yet either. Was thinking perhaps something in relation to defence against the Rift upsetting the balance. Scales off ap, ranged, Without further ado;

Mass Edits abound; shift becomes passive; Shift- Passive- allows Magnify to be cast on Weightlessness, causing flat magic damage and negating the effects of Weightlessness, without triggering root. 80/100/130

Q- Magnify- small aoe increase of gravity- targets enemies only- root and cause magic damage. Damage: 40/60/80/110/150 (+0.4 AP) Root Duration: 0.7/0.8/0.9/1.2/1.5 Cost: 55/60/65/75/85

W- Weightlessness- small aoe esentially snare/ silence- localized decrease of gravity, causes immunity to aoe damage, mobility skills, melee attacks. Can still ranged attack, and cast single target ranged skills. Can be cast on self and allies to traverse terrain, or to prevent damage in engagements. No effect on minions or monsters. I would think 0.5/0.7/0.9/1.1/1.3 duration. This skill does not do damage. Cooldown: 25/22/19/16/13 Cost: 75/80/85/90/100 Cannot be cast on self within 8 seconds of taking damage.

E- Gravity sphere- Summons a hyper-dense sphere that when summoned directly on champions stuns them for a short duration ~ 0.2/0.3/0.4/0.5/0.6 seconds and deals immediate magic damage ( 30/60/110/180/250[+ 0.8 AP]), enemies within the sphere's range are drawn toward the centre slowly, accelerating as they near the sphere, while taking 80% of the damage over 3 seconds. The sphere lasts 2/3/4/5/6 seconds. Champions who have taken damage/ been stunned are no longer affected by the sphere. Cost: 65/70/75/85/95

R- Amplify- Amplifies the area of effect on either Amplify or Weightlessness. Reduces the duration of the cc by 50%. Increases Shift's damage by 200/225/250%

Very rough, however I'm open to any feedback, or suggestions for lore. Perhaps the changes would balance it out a bit. I'd love to hear thoughts/ opinions though.

Hope you guys like it!
