Animated Loading Screen from 2k13

There was a time when some people actually talked about Animated Loading Screen, but it was pulled down cuz it would take a lot of Space, time and work... Also low spec Pcs wouldnt be able to bear it right? Well thats one way true one way not.... Actually adding those in wouldnt affect your Loading time much.... its like running an Yt video in the background... And if it does you could just turn it off ofc, like everything.... (But team chat) So I try to post about this in 2k17, cuz League matured, struggled and grew even further.... Preseason is catching close and everyone is in a hurry to abuse, test, climb, aso. But always these waiting times... Its insane... Like everyone knows that guy that always like takes 5 minutes to connect and than another 5 minutes to fully load in -.- I ll soon open another Discussion about some minigames for like queue time.... So to make things a bit more fun why not implement Animations? Ofc not for every type of skin... we have 6 tiers currently... And I would liek to know everyones Comment to this... Even if you want to spoil hard or just want to say "hey world, notice me"

My Idea so far would go for like tier 4-6 gets animated... like Worth the RP / League Crystals... And ofc there should be a toggle swwitch in settings...
