Zeitro, the Edge of Time (Created by FREEngine from LAN Servers)
Important Note This concept and all information was created by FREEngine, and in fact, this is FREEngine writing this now. I had to borrow my brother's smurf to post this since I recently moved my main (FREEngine) to LAN servers XD thanks to MeetEeyore for letting me post! Also, a thanks to Kitsunekishi (NA) and Asteroid Tree (MeetEeyore's main on LAN) for helping look over and help me in my creation!
Hope you like the concept. I spent quite some time on it, so I hope it's alright. Enjoy!

Passive: Acceleration- Auto-attacks reduce the cooldown of Zeitro’s abilities by .5 seconds. This effect is doubled against champions.
Q: Delay Strike- Strikes enemies within a short range, dealing physical damage 4 seconds after the strike is dealt. If Delay Strike hits an enemy before the damage of a previous Delay Strike triggers, the time will reset and the resulting damage at the end of the duration will stack, along with bonus base ability damage. This effect can stack up to 4 times. If an enemy is struck by Delay Strike but already has 4 stacks of Delay Strike on them, all stacks of Delay Strike will detonate instantly. Additional damage by this 5th Delay Strike will not be dealt, nor will it add a new stack.

When the Rune Wars finally reached the once sprawling city of Urtistan, the war was almost already over. The destructive magic use nearby had corrupted the city, causing many to start going mad from the loose energies. There was no documented attempt at self-protection from the nearby war by Urtistan, and the city was destroyed within just over a week. Despite the lack of documentation, nobody could explain the mild cuts and bruises that kept appearing on the mages during the battle.
Some soldiers finally caved after some interrogation, as no commander wanted to show weakness from an unknown cause. All testimonies pointed to the wreckage of a small hut near the Great Clock Tower, which was mostly evaded by magicians to avoid the wrath of the old time nut that lived there. Soldiers reported that a young boy from under the wreckage had been swinging a kitchen knife at anyone who came too near, so most soldiers ignored it. Minutes later, the soldiers found numerous cuts, seemingly where the boy aimed.
Zeitro, the young boy, is now the only other recorded magic-infected man from Urtistan, along with
Zilean, the Chronokeeper.
Zilean’s experiments were much more than dangerous, and had merely altered a few things about the young boy living nearby with his leaking magic, until the unbound magic of the Rune Wars awakened the boy’s powers.
Shortly after the war had destroyed his home, Zeitro had wandered the world, growing up and trying to gain knowledge on what had happened to his beloved hut under the Clock Tower, but to no avail. Summoners and other magicians were unreachable by a forgotten peasant boy, and
Zilean was nowhere to be found.
Zeitro grew in the wilds to be a formidable opponent to any foolish challenger, but not in combat. It was after combat that most noticed their lives were already gone, it just hadn’t hit them yet. No one seemed to understand the odd time magic placed upon them by Zeitro’s strikes, nor could they hope to understand his impossibly accelerated movements and his knowledge of where the enemy would strike next. After training in the wilds for some time and slowly growing in frustration at his lack of information about his home in Urtistan, Zeitro realized the only way to get information was to get known by and close to the summoners-- through the League of Legends. Zeitro: Appearance
Young, lean appearance, about early 20’s. Silver hair about down to his shoulders, completely straight, with bangs about down to his eyes. Relatively pale white skin, but not ghost-white. Gray eyes, silver eyebrows, clean shaven. Angular features, almost elf-ish. Has a BFS with a pointed, almost triangular tip, and has a large gap down the middle. Zeitro is a unique cross between an AD Bruiser, due to his high attack speed increase for sustained damage, and an AD Assassin, due to his potentially high hybrid burst damage (hybrid referring to a cross between physical damage and true damage, in this case). Each category will be listed below, and a general playstyle will be described under each.
AD Bruiser
With Zeitro’s high base damage on Delay Strike and his abilities that increase his attack speed, a good way to build Zeitro is with a number of tanky items. This way, he can stay in the fight longer to put as many stacks of Delay Strike on his enemy as he needs, with a reduced risk of being bursted down. When being played as a Bruiser, Zeitro’s fighting generally starts with his W, blocking an enemy spell when they attempt to poke him. Zeitro then teleports in using his E, dealing W’s bonus magic damage and spamming his Q. The bonus attack speed from his E and passive attack speed bonus from his W allow for more attacks, which equals less cooldowns, which equals more Q’s. Note that W could also be used after engaging, to block enemy CC so that Zeitro can stick to his enemy more effectively. If Zeitro has his ultimate for use during these engages, then it would be smart to use it as a quick finisher in case your enemy is starting to out-trade you. Use the base damage and true damage from any already placed stacks to burst. For small trades, don’t use your ultimate, since you likely won’t have many stacks on the enemy. Remember, the more stacks, the WAY more damage your ultimate will deal.
For teamfights, try to get an ally with some good CC to engage, then go in straight after to help your team soak up a bit of damage, along with the preferably tanky primary engager. Use your E to follow up the CC guy, and use your spell shield to block incoming CC. Try to stay in the middle of the fight to spread your stacks of Q as effectively as possible. If things look bad, you’ll likely have your E back up after fighting with your high attack speed. Teleport out, and if things look bad, just run. However, it’s also good to use Zeitro’s ultimate to re-engage and possibly burst down teams, depending on how well your Q’s were spread. It’s a great way to surprise and turn fights. For all fights, be careful when your W isn’t up.
AD Assassin
This way of playing Zeitro is extremely risky, but can have great rewards. Building Zeitro squishily but with high damage can be beneficial because of his high attack speed potential bonus damage from his Q. As an AD Assassin, it’s best to engage in short trades. Try to use W right when going in to block any CC, use Q, attack them some, use one more Q, and E out if you haven’t used it to go in. If you did use it to go in, well, you’d better run fast. Outtrade your enemy by either waiting for them to pop, or, if you’re confident, keep fighting until you have stacks on them, and execute them last second with your ultimate. Remember sustained fights can be a bit tricky, since you can’t soak up much damage.
The great rewards can come in the dangerous team-fighting phase. As an AD Assassin, Zeitro should almost never be used to engage, unless it’s on someone somewhat caught out. After some CC has been laid down on the enemy team, use your E to follow up along with your W to protect you from enemy CC or other damaging spells. Focus down their squishy champions, also using your Q to damage others. After some Q’s are laid down, use your ultimate on the squishiest enemy still alive to kill them and spread some true damage around the enemy team. Do it correctly, and you might be able to get some instant multi-kills. Just be careful about when you engage, how long you engage, and whether or not you want to re-engage.
Other Notes:
-Although you have some mobility and can put down some damage, using W to block some of their damage while stacking them up is crucial
-Sometimes it’s better to run after short engages, even if it looks like you failed the trade. You might want to wait for your Q’s to pop, then re-engage and finish with a few quick auto-attacks or an
Ignite
From these notes, it can be concluded that Zeitro would probably be better in the top lane or middle lane, due to his spell shield for 1v1 trades and due to the fact that it would be very difficult for Zeitro to survive bot lane with two enemies damaging him at once. Also, as a melee champion, he would be hard-pressed to get any farm. Zeitro could also be played as a Jungle champion, using his high attack speed and mobility to quickly move and level up, and using his AoE Q to damage numerous jungle monsters. His ganks might be lackluster though, since Zeitro lacks any CC but for his situational slow from his W.
THANK YOU FOR VIEWING, AND HAVE A MERRY CHRISTMAS! Also, Riot, if you see this and are feeling generous, I could use 1 RP since I was 1 short of getting something I’d like. FREEngine on LAN servers. I hope you liked the concept!
