Radiant Wukong skin lagging?

Ive noticed everytime i wear the new Radiant skin my champ lags in lane a bit while my ping and frames remain low as usual. when switching to his other skins or playing another champion i do not seem to have that issue. all my quality settings are set to low as usual but still happens. not sure if it is just me or is anyone else noticing anything like this?
