Xy, the Ftooras Princess [REVISIT]
This is a revisit of an old champion concept awhile back, I like the lore and creating a new species, but want to create a new kit for her. The image description has the old kit in it still.
Ftooras are a species that many have argued to be a relative of the fox and others argued to be a relative of humans. In truth, it is neither, even though they have characteristics of both, more-so human than fox. The only shared quality is that the ftooras are indeed mammals, besides for that there are many mysteries surrounding this species. Things we do know is that they have very long tails and ears, their long tails are used to help them stay in the air longer when they jump and their big ears can pick up sounds even 100 miles away - so precise its like they can see exactly what is going on - through a magical sensor at the ends of their ears which is the receiver. Ftooras are very intelligent creatures, to the point that we humans cannot possibly measure how intelligent they really are. And they usually are peaceful creatures, and even the aggressive ones can perform a beautiful and elegant dance around their opponents that causes them to not only refuse to hurt them, but treat them like friends instead of foes despite that ftooras is fighting for the opposition.
Xy is a ftooras, at only a height of 112 centimetres, is very cunning and fast. She is also quite aggressive, but loves to play and toy with her opponent before finishing it off.
Xy is an agile marksman using her long tail as a whip, you be surprised how much damage that fluffy tail can deal, and dancing about the battlefield for her offense and defense.
Basic Attack Range: 600 units Attack Speed: 0.667 +2.5% per level Movement: 335 units per second
[At level 18, with 100% crit chance, and Infinity Edge Xy's attacks will deal 300% damage rather than 250% (Infinity Edge passive ADDS +50% critical damage); the base value is based on Xy's level. Also her crit chance can exceed 100% since the crit rate is capped at 60%]
Tail Whip (Passive): Xy gains 60% critical strike chance and her cap is 60%.
Xy's critical strikes deal 110-150%(+100% per 100% bonus critical strike chance) damage.
Swing (Q): Cooldown: 11/10/9/8/7 seconds; Cost: 50/45/40/35/30 mana; Range: 600 units past target Passive: While off cooldown, Xy's critical strikes causes her tail to latch on to the target for up to 1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4/1.5 seconds or until Xy attacks again, grounding it and allowing Xy to cast Swing.
Active: Xy pulls herself in and launches her over the target landing a fixed distance on the opposite side. Xy's next basic attack is guaranteed to critically strike.
Tail Tug (W): Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12 seconds; Cost: 60 mana; Range: 1000 units Xy lassos her tail in the target direction entangling the first enemy struck, dealing 20/35/50/65/80(+140%AD)(+70%AP) physical damage, and pulling it into Xy's location. If Swing is off cooldown this applies its passive.
Tail Tug cannot travel past terrain, but ignores projectile blocking effects.
Double Jump (E): Cooldown: 6/5/4/3/2 seconds; Cost: 25 mana; Range: 600 units Passive: Double Jump can be cast if Xy is standing on her tail or she is currently airborne. Double Jump can be cast while airborne from enemy effects.
Active: Xy jumps to the target location, half distance if cast from her tail or an enemy airborne effect. If cast from an enemy airborne effect then she cleanses all crowd control that was on her.
Magic of the Royal Ftooras (R): Passive Cooldown: 200/170/140 seconds Passive: Upon being dropped to 5% health she becomes invulnerable for 0.75/1/1.25 seconds and heals herself for 35/42.5/50%(+5% per 100AP) of her base health over the duration.
Active: Xy jumps into the air in-place for 0.5 second and grants herself 100/150/200 bonus range for one attack while still in the air.

LORE: The tough fur on the top of Xy's head is an extreme rarity for the ftooras, being in the shape of a crown and knowing its rarity of occurring is what marks what shall be the next in line to be the ruler of the ftooras, king or queen. This marks Xy as a young princess, only of the age of 19, taken in by the royal family at her birth never knowing who her blood mother and father are. Only two royal ftooras can be a alive at a time, no one knows why this is, but just is this way; which is another reason to why a new royal ftooras is always next in line to take over the throne. When a new royal ftooras is born it signifies that the current royal ftooras in power has exactly 500 years to live, the death can literally be anything.
Ftooras average life expectancy is 250 years of age while royal ftooras live ten times longer on average. Also royal ftooras are very rarely born of blood of the current king or queen, only one recorded record of a blood royal ftooras ever occurring. It was of a young queen of 1946 years of age giving birth to a son who bore the crown of the royal ftooras, and exactly 500 years later when the queen was 2446 years of age she died of a terrible illness with her son taking over the throne as king.
The strangest of events is how the youngest king died of only the age of 773, cause of death was suicide, still to this day no one knows why the very young king did it. Yet at the age of 273 a new royal ftooras was born, a young girl, marking her as the princess. It is strange how something like this could occur, where this system can predict even one's suicide exactly 500 years later not even by old age or sickness was the death, especially since the king was very healthy when he died. This makes you think something much greater is at work here.
The oldest king was 7890 years of age, he simply died due to age and was healthy outside of that, we believed he lived a happy life. This king's majour accomplishment was saving both humans and yordles from a terrible plague that almost brought them to extinction. Since not only he was very smart in the area of medicine and vaccines, he also ordered every researcher to develop a cure to save the yordles and humans. Of course a prince was born when he was 7390 years of age. This prince is the current king, King Fow, a great leader and during his reign brought many accomplishments for the human race which in turn brought about many allies, one important ally being the kingdom of Demacia. King Fow is currently 3789 years old, meaning he was 3770 years of age when Xy was born marking her as the current princess, his death is projected to occur when he is 4289 years of age in some fashion.
Going back to Xy, by law she was taken from her parents at birth to be raised by King Fow, so he is Xy's father but not by blood, the only thing the parents can do is name their son or daughter if it is a royal ftooras. This has been a tradition since always. Another law is no royal ftooras can cut their crown fur, only their regular fur if they so choose, as it is treated as sacred because of its rarity. Crown fur grows slowly reaching its maximum length after 15 years and stops growing after that. It is extremely difficult to cut, and at the same time no royal ftooras as ever attempted at cutting it in fear of something bad would happen if they did, but even if it were cut past the age of 15 no one knows if it would even grow back.
This system of selecting royalty has never been questioned or challenged, and there is no reason to. Because every single king and queen of the ftooras has been excellent for them and most of which brought about many great things for their nation under each command.
Now royal ftooras possess a very powerful magic within them, absolutely no royal ftooras knows it is there even and would have never known about it if they were not told. It is said that if a royal ftooras was ever able to control this magic then the lust of power that they discovered to control would bring a reign of destruction upon all of Runeterra, and not just the ftooras. Luckily no royal ftooras is able to control this magic, but it is believed by ftooras researchers that this is the reason they live so long, recover very quickly, rarely get sick, and also die 500 years after a new royal ftooras is born and can only die by this means.
There is a current theory to why the very young king committed suicide. Perhaps that same king discovered how to control this powerful magic that lay within him, albeit imperfectly, but it was both too late and the magic possessed him to end his reign. Now this is all theory and nothing is concrete to why or how it was predicted that exactly 500 years that king's death would have been suicide. This is the one case where researchers began studying hard to know why 500 years after the next royal ftooras is born the current one has to die.
