Gifting

I'd like to gift a Skin Shard to a friend... but thanks Riot, you just can buy something for your friend and have to use RP!

So I'd like Riot to add a gifting function, just to gift Skinshards to other players. It hasnt to be skins you already have and no permanent Skins but please allow us to trade Skinshards!
