Dear Riot, please take a look and at least think a little about my idea to bring back Rusty Blitz

Now I love Blitzcrank as much as the next guy, and he has some pretty nice skins. My particularly favorite skin for him is Rusty Blitzcrank, but I joined the game at the beginning of the summer (this summer) and therefore I can't get it at all. My friend did send me a legendary mystery skin and I got Piltover Customs, and it's really nice, but I really want Rusty. Riot (or whom ever, I just know that someone) said that they got rid of it because it wasn't that good. It was just a darker version of him, nothing special. Well your wrong! Every skin has it's uniqueness and he was amazing. I think they should give him another shot. But since he's almost the same as the original they can't just add him then remove him, he needs a special place. My idea is that Riot should add him into his Chroma pack for a limited time and allow us fans of Blitzcrank and/or the skin to be able to have it once more. Please read this and at least think about it Riot, it's my dream to have that skin and I'm sure I'm not the only one out there who wants it.
