Console Video game Idea

Looked up a few posts about this and a lot of people still wanted the top down or third person style of playing where you could play on the Xbox or PS4, however, I feel like it would be lacking a lot seeing as the combination of keys required to play, would create a havoc trying to view map as well as use your abilities, Move camera from locked, Trying to move without your camera locked with a controller. Even if they made it work with PC version it would create a massive issue with keyboard/mouse being superior

However what if it was to forgo all the Summoners rift/howling abyss and focus on the story behind the champions, I'm not saying have every single champions backstory. I'm saying create a game similar to Dragonball Xenoverse, A game you can travel around the world or even one location but then have to travel to the storylines of champions to fix a mistake that has happened there ( pulling directly from DBZ Xenoverse ) I'm not saying make the game exactly like it just with league champions, the timeline thing was for the point of the concept idea.

I feel like a lot of work has been put into coming up with storylines for each champion, As well as the World of Runeterra. It would be nice to get to explore that world instead of reading about it.

also, I think it would be pretty interesting to make the game feel like you are actually shaping the world.

Could even create your own champion allow them to learn abilities as they progress from others from that area. Zaun/Demacia/Noxus ect. This would make it so it would go hand and hand with League of legend as it is today, But wouldn't give player base the same experience league does, helping to prevent shifts of population to console but giving the player an all-new experience.
