making league better

good day riot fox1eni here, so i was having some thought about how to make riot games a bit better as i have had a few issues with my isp where i would disconnect and my team would have no way of knowing if i was reconnecting or not thereby giving me a bad rep and ultimately placing me in an lpq, i have been going through this for quite some time over the years and yes i know my isp sucks but i dont have much options as i live in trinidad and tobago, so, to clarify my issue and i would hope like minded people, i would make a suggestion to create a chat interface during the load screen, there would be two options that may be available either a standard chat interface during the load screen, maybe leave the pregame chat open until the game starts or have an auto activated chat pop up in the event the server recognizes the summoner has disconnected from the game, i am not sure if or how you guys monitor players activity from the time the summoner accepts a game but i have even had issues where as soon as i accept a game the client closes without any notification whatsoever, when i restart i get a dodge penalty, please please please riot, i know sometimes i rage and sometimes i am disappointed but that's just how life is, i always do come back because i love this game like my unborn children, i know it can be done and i know it may take some time to talk to your tech team but i am eager for this not to happen again as clearing 1h 20m to get out of an lpq just inst fair for the people like me who weren't at fault.
