Mastery Skins

Hey Rito. been playing the game since early s3. Love the changes all along. Going along with the new patch, adding mastery ranks 6 and 7, I think that all champs should have a master skin. In addition to rocking a new loading border for your respective lvl 7 champ, players who dip that amount of love into a champ should be rewarded with a master skin to show off in game. I know it would take a lot of work to implement, but...it takes a lot of time to get to lvl 7 mastery and it should be worth the investment. New skins would certainly be worth it. It is a free game after all (even though I've spent 100s of dollars over the years), so a skin being available for all the hard work would be totally awesome. A mastery color scheme for all champs would also be sweet.

P.S. Also if getting a free skin sounds too good to be true, making mastery skins unlockable for 10k or so IP (after lvl 7 of course) could also be an idea.
