Diral:The Primal Caller

Diral was a talented mage, gifted in the magical arts unlike any in his tribe. Eventually his talent could take him no farther, so he sought out a teacher. Along his travels, he heard tell of a master in Ionia who studied the magical arts and taught those he deemed worthy. He made his way to the temple where the mage resided and studied with him, learning both to harness the primal powers of Valoran and the restraint necessary to keep them in balance. One day, a child came to the temple at the behest of her village. Syndra. Over her time there, he struggled to keep up with her as she became more and more powerful, until one day, her magical talents soared suddenly. As Syndra felt the surge of magic from the dampening spell lifting, Diral felt a shift in the powers of the magical world. After watching his master be bashed against the stones he once called familiar, he used his magic to descend back to solid ground, and vowed to find a way to restrain Syndra once more and restore the balance which she upset in the magical energies of Valoran.

Melee AP Mage Passive-Primal Magics-If Diral is out of mana, his ability casts take from his health. Can Execute self with Primal Casts. Q-**Vortex-**Summons a whirlwind around the target for 1/2/3/4/5 seconds. For the duration, ranged basic attacks have a 5/10/15/20/25% chance to miss and the first ranged spell that hits is canceled. Applies Ventus Stack to target. Primal Cost-7/6/5% Max Health. Counts as a shield for item 3504 Ardent Censer. W-Aqua Shot-Summons a burst of water in target direction dealing 30/40/50/60/70+30% AP. Applies Aqua Stack to target. Skill shot. Primal Cost-9/8/7% Max Health E-Stone Pillar-Summons forth a pillar of stone from the ground dealing 10/20/30/40/50+20% AP damage and knocking targets up for .3/.35/.4/.45/.5 seconds. Pillar applies Terra Stack to itself. Primal Cost-11/10/9% Max Health R-Conflagration- Summons the glyph of fire to call down flames to interact with his other abilities based on which Elemental Stack is consumed. Only one interaction can take place per cast. 1/1.25/1.5 second channel. Primal Cost-13/12/11% Max Health+Primal Cost for interaction. Cooldown: Dynamic Q-Heat Wave-Flames circle the target with the winds, making them immune to ranged basics and enemies in melee range take 50/100/150+40%AP damage per second based on targets AP, Heat Wave adds 3/3.5/4 seconds onto the duration of Cyclone. Cooldown: 120/110/100 Seconds. Primal Cost-3/2/1% Max Health. W-Steam Roll- Evaporates the water on target creating a steam screen, blinding enemies for 1/1.5/2 seconds, deals 100/200/300+60%AP to target hit with Conflagration. Cooldown: 140/130/120 Seconds. Primal Cost-5/4/3% Max Health. E-Magma Trap- Melts the Stone Pillar into a pool of lava, slowing enemies for 10/15/20% and dealing 120/240/360+40% AP every second, lasts 5 seconds. Cooldown: 160/150/140 Seconds Primal Cost-7/6/5% Max Health.
