[Champion Concept] Tesac, the Shocking Maestro

Hi everyone! this is my first time posting here and a champion concept so any feedback would be very awesome, so enjoy reading! :)

Design: A yordle, have a connection with Heimerdinger, got in an accident in an electromagnetic related experiment, attack with little bolt of lightning. Role: A Utility Support Abilities: Passive - Electromagnet Tesac always has a growing magnetic field around her with the more health she has increasing its size this field will give her a shield. (max:650) If the shield depletes she will need to rest before creating a new one (fairly long cooldown)

Q - Lightning Coil Tesac targets an enemy champion and fire a deadly bolt of lightning which jumps to nearby enemy champions (max:3) in line while slowing the first target. damage: 20/50/80/110/140 (+20% of ap) damage reduction: 20% slow: 15% for 0.5 sec

W - Magnetic Current Tesac creates a magnetic current on her or her allies that reduces friction giving them increase movement speed. Speed: 8%/16%/24%/32%/40% Duration: 2/4/7/10/13

E - Pull Tesac creates a strong magnetic force in a line that pulls and slows both allies and enemies champion in front of Tesac, allies that are pulled will be given a small shield. Shield:75/95/125/155/175 Slow: 4%/8%/12%/16%/20% for 1.5 sec

R - Raging Voltage (WIP) Tesac creates a wave of electricity in an area which deals constant damage gets bigger & deadlier the longer you hold it, Tesac can't move while channeling and any CC will stop the channel. Base damage: 80/100/120 (+30% of ap) Max damage: 120/180/240 (+30% of ap)

Fun stuff man! The League universe will never have enough yordles :)

You should write out a story or something for his lore! Have fun with it.

Passive:

This needs level scaling. 800 HP shield is huuuuuge at level 1. Also, how long does the shield endure?

Q:

This might be interesting. Is is constant damage while you hold it down? That doesn't have much counterplay (other than just backing off), so I'd suggest having it be in a burst when you release (though thats a bit of a ripoff of Vladimir's new AOE).

W:

How long does this endure? Simple ability, but nothing wrong with that :)

E:

This one is troublesome. Any ability that allows you to CC allies will cause rage quits, toxic trolls, and toxic communities. Even Bard 's ult is a great source of rage (even when allies try to use it right, people still find ways to blame the Brad ult for their death). Luckily, it is on a pretty large cooldown so it cant be abused much. I would suggest either making it ally activatable like a Thresh lantern, or removing the ally drag component. How long does the pull take? How long does the slow last?

R:

Simple ult, but feels a bit disappointing as an ultimate ability (its basically a Fiddlesticks crow. Id say you could be more creative with this ability :)

Reduce the the dahe reduction from the bounces to 15 or 10%.

Alright, I've come to leave my two cents.

Passive: Better Blitzcrank passive. 325 is a very powerful early shield. Perhaps you have some sort of scaling factor, making it weaker early or better late? Also, would you like the player to be able to build around this shield? If your answer is yes, add some stat scaling.

BTW, Nothing against you, but there are already lots of champions with shield passives. (Camille Malphite Blitzcrank Malzahar Mordekaiser to name a few iterations) Perhaps you would like to try thinking of another one? This comment is purely for sake of development. I don't think Rito would want to develop a champion that you can already "play." They like to do new things. I think the passive is great personally, but I'm trying to take a dev perspective.

Q:

Not much critique, but 70% AP is VERY STRONG. I'd see this guy going as a midlaner and just building full AP with a ratio that high, kinda discourages a support build.

W: No real comment.

E: No real comment, but I do think you should give it a more interesting name.

Just personal opinion, but both W & E are pretty bland. Why not add some new effects spicing up her gameplay? Add on to the abilities, make it feel cool to play them.

R: Nunu? I always loved his ultimate, but it didn't feel like it belonged on him. Your champ, however, would be a perfect candidate for the "Absolute Zero" type of ultimate. Basically an aggro magnet. No real comment, but AP scale comment similar to my critique on Q.
