Baldeburn is from Zaun, because duh he's a crazy scientist, and he uses magnetism to piss off his opponents while looking cool af.

Passive: Baldeburn's auto attacks shift polarity every 3 seconds, between positive and negative. If an enemy is hit with both polarities within 5 seconds of each other, they take 5%/7%/10% more damage from the next source of damage to hit them.

Q- Magnetic Attraction/ Repulsor Field: Baldeburn can switch between attracting his own teammates while repelling the enemy team, or attracting the enemy team and repelling his allies. Those attracted are slowed by 2%/3%/4%/5%/7% while moving away from Baldeburn, and sped up by the same amount while moving towards him. Those repelled are slowed by the same amounts while moving towards him, and sped up by the same amounts while moving away from him.

W- Magnetic Charges: Baldeburn throws two sticky bombs filled with magnetic powder. After a short delay, both explode and deal (uh...I'm not good at thinking of balanced damage...so insert an appropriate amount of damage here) to each enemy stuck. Baldeburn is able to throw one or both charges onto terrain or the ground. The first bomb is always positive, the second is always negative. Upon exploding, they pull or push enemies (insert appropriate distance units here) depending on their polarity debuff.

E- Get In There!: Baldeburn throws a magnetic disc. If it hits an ally, he can reactivate the ability to throw them to the opposite side of him (Having a hard time trying to describe this. Imagine the movement of Orianna's ult, where it's in a straight line towards/past the center. It would be a straight line towards then past Baldeburn, with more distance). The ally gets a small movement speed buff while Baldeburn is slowed. If it hits an enemy, Baldeburn can reactivate it to slightly pull them backwards directly towards him.

R: Continuous Movement Impediment: Baldeburn throws out a large orb. Any enemies caught inside are attracted to each other, and are massively slowed if they move away (insert appropriate distance units here) from each other, but otherwise can move freely. (So the whole group can move at a good speed if they all move in the same direction, close to each other), and are dealt (insert appropriate damage here)
