Sovereign LeBlanc skin idea

It's been a while since my last lb skin idea. I had a dream about this one that I posted, so I decided to fill this idea. I couldn't find a good name for it though so I just put "empress" in thesaurus.com (empress lb is also one of my concepts, ask for the link!) So listen with your eyes.

Appearance - Staff will be of a similar shape of classic, and will be half, 75% gold since I didn't think it would look good entirely out of gold. The gems will be navy for the center one, and the other 2 gold. Her cape will be similar to ravenborns, but the outline is a bright gold and the cape will be navy. The ends of it will be more pointy and will have more points if that makes sense. The outline of each point will be bright gold as well. She will have two parts of clothing covering her from waste down to the knee. These will be navy with a gold outline. Her top part will be blue with a intricate detail that is just a tad lighter than the rest of the top, which will be navy. She will have triangular thingie behind her head like in classic. You guessed it, it will be navy with a golden outline. Her shoes, however will be completely gold.

Abilities - Sigil of Malice - Navy lines will tie together and form a golden sigil. When it pops, a blast of lighter blue will appear and dissipates. Shatter orb - a golden orb is projected at an enemy, strands of navy and gold will come out of it while its mid air. When it explodes on impact, it will explode Distortion - dashes to a target location, position mid air will be the same as ravenborn. The colors will be navy when she dashes, with strands of gold and navy orbiting her quickly. When she lands, a circle will explode with that is pointy in all directions with every other one being gold, and the others navy. an X (more like a +) will appear in the circle, one being gold and the other navy. The port pad will be a gold circle will a kinda circle (more like a star) with points in almost every direction. Half of the points will be light gold and the other a darker shade. Each point will have a black outline. But the halves won't be half and half, as in side by side. It will be randomized. When she reappears, she will reappear with navy and yellow dust. The transparent lb on the port pad will be navy. Ethereal chains - this was my favorite idea for this skin. Sends out three strands, 2 being gold and the other navy. The strands will start to weave together the longer they travel. When they hit, they will lock, and when it roots, the strands will fly out with one circle being navy and the other blue with black outlines. Mimic - the clone's colors will be swapped with grey and red. The appearance (as in, when it actually appears) will be navy and gold dust that implodes and starts to circle around it and dissipate. This also goes for the disappearance and reappearance of the real LeBlanc when she casts a mimicked version of an ability. The purple distortion mark will be swapped with red and grey colors and the circle will be purple. The transparent lb will be turned to purple. Recall animation - lb will take the gems out of her staff which will then start to gather into one, which will be grey. The grey orb will emit navy and gold strands and smoke that will encircle lb and she will disappear. When she lands at base, she will reappear and the grey orb will split back into the navy and gold orbs and lb will put them back into her staff.
