Solution to Zoe, Nocturne (& Ohmwrecker)

Zoe , the fluffy, puffy Lolli that have outplayed the community for 4 months have to stop playing with that bubble. And WHO is better than Zoe at playing with dreams? Nocturne it is. ==================== I am a text divider=========================== Dear Riot, It is time to stop. Give us some counter play to Zoe . It can be anything. New champion , Nocturne - the nightmare that couldn't put you to sleep update or new items that give the effect of silencing summoners (hmm...). The best solution is probably reworking/mini-rework Nocturne by giving him the ability to ..... kill Zoe ? For instance, I personally believe a walking nightmare won't get caught up in a sleepy bubble. Though keeping the drowsy effect would make it more balanced. BTW, do you think Ohmwrecker can be turned into a summoner spell blocker that works on a really high CD for jungler to gank better ? It will make top-lane more fun as they both bought Ohmwrecker just to prevent the enemy to teleport-support. Ohmwrecker would show up more often then. Also, the stopwatch can be a sub-item for Ohmwrecker, so that ADCs and jungler have a chance to use this rune, the holy PERFECT TIMING (that saves you $600). • Nocturne mini-rework, at least give him the ability to ignore Sleeping effect. Keep the Drowsy effect to be balanced.
• Ohmwrecker can be turner into a Summoner Spell Blocker that is suitable for Both jungler and laner. Preferably crafted through stopwatch so ADCs can bring perfect timing.
• Is there an emoji/sticker for runes, really needed that PLS*[sg-soraka]*
