New Champion Concept: Krow or Crow

Well I had some ideas on a new champion concept, and the name of the champion for awhile. This idea has been in my head for some time now, and i would like to get it out there for people to discuss. With this particular champion I wanted his uniqueness to be base around speed. We've never had a speed champ if u you want to count Rakan, I wound't count his kit as a speed kit, rather its some dashes built around a lot of utility. With Krow, or Crow, I would love to see his entire kit design specifically for that ability. I was suggesting a global ult where he could he could pick a part of the map where he could run in long straight line that deals a lot of damage. His Q ability could be that of a get in and hit and get out type of damage. His W of course would be an utility, which he can dash to an ally or enemy. If its an ally he gives them some attack speed as well a some armor. If is an enemy their armor/shield is disabled for 2-3 seconds and the have no health regen for a 2-3 seconds. Now with his E i was thinking of a whirlwind type of ability to where he spins up in a circle and chooses which direction to aim it in. This is just an early concept but let me know what u guys and girls think. Krow is the next big thing.
