[Champion Concept] Motaven, The Embodiment of Music
I'm LaserLoserJr, just call me Laser. This is my first champion I made. His name is Mozart and Beethoven's names combine. This is his skills, and his background. P.s. I'm only 13 so don't expect a lot of detail in the lore. Comment his base stats.
Lore Born with the magical ability to control instruments, he created entire orchestra's at the age of 5. The power of the music made people listen to his every note. The music people heard was always the same. But their were people who were not effected by his music. They could hear the evil and malice in his songs. His brother came to try stop him. Since he had the same powers as he had they battled it out. Before Motaven could die he played his last song, "The Sound of Mayhem." The note ripped apart the every essence of anyone who heard it. His song reach all across Runeterra, almost destroying the world. His brother, fearing of what would happen, tried to kill his brother. Motaven did die but at a cost. When he died his soul became music. Every day notes are played. If notes of the descendants of the people who heard his song are played he will some back from his grave and kill Runeterra. This did happen but he remembered nothing. His evil was locked away by the Watchers, but it's seal is loosening.
He can be a Mid Laner or an ADC depending on how you play him. Abilities Passive: Out of Tune Every sixth auto attack he will deal bonus damage and apply an effect depending on the instrument he is using: (Ranged)Trumpet: The attack deals 30+(60% AD) physical damage and slows the target by 60% for 3 seconds. (Melee)Clarinet: The attack deals 40+(50%AP) magical damage and stuns for 1 seconds. While his auto attacks generate 1 harmony and his skills generate harmony as well. Every 10 Harmony increases his attack damage and ability power by 1%/2%/3%/4%/5%/6%/7%/8%. Max Harmony is 50 at every level. If he doesn't attack or use a skill in 5 seconds he will lose 5 harmony every second.(Stuns, roots, etc. will cause him to lose Harmony)
Q Harmony 5/5/5 Cooldown 2/2/2/2/2 Change of Interest Motaven changes his instrument. He switches instruments and he get full stacks of Out of Tune. This effect can not happen multiple times in one minute.
W Harmony 10/10/10 Cooldown 8/6/5/4/3 Skillshot Trumpet: Discord A loud burst of sound cause the target to stunned for 0.50 seconds and deals 50/70/85/90/95(+30% AD)(+50% AP) physical damage. Any enemies behind the target will receive half of the damage dealt to the initial target. De-buff Clarinet: Melody Motaven played the clarinet, causing the opponent to let their guard down and lowers their Magic Resist and Armor by 10%/15%/20%/30%/35% for 5 seconds.
E Harmoney 15/15/15 Cooldown 15/13/12/11/10 Cone AoE Trumpet: Treble The high notes causes opponents in the area to run away and attack the nearest minion for 1/2/3/4/5 seconds. If there a minion and if the opponents kill a minion, you will get the half gold and experience. AoE Clarinet: Bass Playing the clarinet at the floor, the sound created blasts opponents back and deals 20/25/30/35/40(30% AP) magic damage. If knocked into a wall the opponent is stunned for 2 seconds.
R Harmony 25/25/25 Cooldown 120/100/80 Large AoE Music of Mayhem Motaven's old powers have returned. For 8/9/10 seconds his skills and attacks will deal 50/100/200(+150 AD)(+150 AP) as physical damage. For 2 seconds after the ultimate has ended, he cannot use any any skills and his attack damage and his ability power is halved.
Motaven can use both of his instruments in perfect harmony. Use your trumpet to charge up stacks of Out of Tune and then stun them with the clarinet or slow then to deal massive damage. At level 18 this will be devastating in conjunction with his Harmony if it is at full charge. As an ADC he can poke at his opponents by debuffing them with Melody and attack them. As a midlaner Bass will be used most often, as it has a pretty long range will knock your opponents away from you to farm fairly safely. Discord is great for csing from a distance and great for poking. Music of Mayhem is an ultimate to be reckoned with. It is a super steroid that will make him a beast, but the 2 seconds down time at the end will leave you vulnerable so be weary of its time while in a team fight.
