Something something champ concept
Idk about the name or look but I have an idea for the kit.
Passive - This champion can not build extra mana but regains mana equivalent to the damage on spells
Q - aims like zac Q. Short range skills got that tethers to an enemy champion. Drains something like 3/4/5/6/7% of enemy champions resource bar. Does damage equal to some set amount plus a percent missing resource and does bonus if you drain them to 0. Gives a movespeed bonus in order to stick to them. The damage only applies if the tether sticks for the full probably 3 seconds. Against resourceless Champs in only does base damage.
W - grants this champ a shield equal to around 60 to 80 % ap. Shield explodes if it doesn't get broken, stunning enemies around this champ for 1.5 seconds and doing magic damage based on ap.
E - A short dash that stops on enemy champions, does damage to resource bar equivalent to around 2/3/4/5/6% plus some ap current mana and does that to current health of they are oom. This is mainly to get inrange for q.
R - Creates a circle around the champ that reduces mana costs by 80/90/100% and changes the cdr of allied Champs in the circle to 60/70/80% for 5/7/12 seconds. Enemy champions caught in the circle are drained of the resources and health.
Idk about numbers certain parts about the kit or other stuff. Leave suggestions and/or feedback. Just something I whipped up as some sort of anti caster that is weak to energy and resourceless champs.
