Idea for new type of skin!

So, we have Legendary, Ultimate... what about Deity or Godlike rarity skins? So, besides changing everything and have a way to change when leveling, this type of skin actually does map changes, changes the turrets, drakes, barons etc. I mean, this could be a good idea for riot to make more money. I really like the idea, but I know, it would be hard to make.
