Frysen, The Frozen Fighter

Design: An Ursine, Volibear's War commander, thick blue icy fur, has ice spikes in his back.

Stats: Health: 520 (+82 per level) Attack Damage: 55 (+3.7 per level) Attack Speed: 0.625 (+1.7% per level) Movement Speed: 340 Health Regen: 7.9 (+0.85 per level) Armor: 25 (+3 per level) Magic Resist: 30 (+1.60 per level)

Abilities: Protruding Spikes - Passive Offensive: If Frysen attack the same target 5 times, the magical spikes on his back will extend giving his next attack magic damage. Defensive: If Fryzen is below 20% health and there are more than 1 champion nearby, his spikes will extend giving him increase movement speed then if Frysen is in this state the first spell that damages Frysen will have 15% of it's damage reflected.

Freezing Swipe - Q Frysen swipes the area in front of him pushing enemies a little bit to the side slowing 20% of their movement speed for 1 sec and dealing 60/75/95/110/125 Magic damage (+10% of AP)

Crystallized Fur - W Using his magic Frysen lowers the temperature with more enemy champions around crystallizing his fur. Passive: Frysen gain +3 Armor and Magic Resist with each champion around him. Active: Frysen lowers the temperature of himself and the surrounding area slowing him for 10% movement speed while giving her allies a 70/100/130/160/190 shield.

Chilling Claws - E Frysen quickly slashes the targeted dealing 50/70/90/110/130 (+15% of AP) but after the initial cast Frysen can activate Chilling Claws again to make the targeted enemy slowed for 15% of their movement speed for 0.75 sec but giving the enemy a shield.

Iceborn Spikes - R Fysen unleashed the full power of his magical spikes gaining increase movement speed, magic damage on attack, and increase range. After the duration last Frysen will be fatigue he can't attack and use any of his abilities.
