About the Blood Moon Skins...

How does Blood Moon Zilean and Sivir exist but Zed still doesn't have his Blood Moon Skin? He should been like the first to get this skin. Is there a reason why he doesn't? I would love to know. Honestly i think Riot is making it a Legendary and are taking a long time on it to make it nice. Also Blood Moon Pyke is sex. gj Rito. :)
