Community store

How awesome will it be if League of Legends had a community shop. That would be great(in my opinion). But its easy to say but probably hard to make

So this is my idea I believe that league of legends should have more Limited amount skins and player icons. Then I think that people should be able to sell these limited amount skins. If there is a community shop, Riot Games could get more money. Then it will help League of Legends run more servers and make more on-time.

(Again I know other companies did something like this) The difference between this idea and other stores is that Riot does not get transaction fees. Instead they sell the limited amount items. Also the currency would be RIOT points This will make the community happy and Riot happy.

How is riot going to get money? Riot will get money by selling riot points. Since People would need to buy items and sell items using riot points, Riot points will gain more popularity. Then since money is staying in League, companies wouldn't be able to sell skins for real money. Even though Riot may not get as much profits as Valve(for example), they will still have money to make better servers, customer services, etc.
