That wouldnt really fit league, let alone jhin. The closest thing we have to this is omega squad or whatever and even then, thats mostly only yordles, furthermore, if this skin was to come out, most all of jhins voice lines would need to be changed. Jhin is a psychopathic killer, not a soldier, very few if any of his quotes fit that "special ops dude" skin idea.
