Ultimate Troll/Overpowering Champion?

Lets see. We all have read comics of a superhero/villain who is able to take the abliltes of other superheros/villians. Well lets use our imagination and have a champion do the same. Certainly there is fear of this idea being overpowering but not really. LMAO thinking about it, sounds pretty stupid. The champion's passive will be called "Copy" basically giving the champion the skill set of the enemy/ally champion of their choosing, but not the image. Note that the passive copy will only work once, and after taking on the chosen skillset it will change the passive to match the skill set. I.e: After taking fizz's skill set the passive "Copy" will change to Nimble Fighter. Passive: Copy: 1: Copy the skill set of One champion on the enemy/ally team. For the champion image lets use something that looks like Zac since its a glob and normally globs can be shaped into most things that the imagination lets run free.
