Prrfect Sivir Skin

why hasn't Riot made an Ascended skin? with the new champion coming out expanding the lore of Shurima, it would be a perfect fit! She can be based on Sekhmet (the Egyptian goddess based off a lioness) spice up the particles a lil bit (add the sandstorm effect of and ult to her ult, without increasing her size) wouldn't require much alteration to her outfit (I'm guessing the other Ascended didn't change their outfits, just became animal-like). You don't even have to change her lore for it, you can have it as a "what if" skin which is perfect since her updated lore says something along the lines of being conflicted between two destinies. Hell if you want to go baller you save if for an ultimate skin and really show her increased power when becoming an Ascended. Rito plz!!!
