Legendary or Ultimate skin portaits

I think it'd be pretty awesome to have a feature for an Legendary or Ultimate skin to have a sort of gif-like flow to it. Showing a tiny detail of that portrait of anytime they're in combat, an example of this could be when PROJECT: Ashe enters enemy territory, she activates her visor, changing the portrait by only a little bit. Another example is when Star Guardian Ahri uses Spirit Dash, while in that cosmic form, her portrait changes, showing only white eyes and cosmic energy as the portrait before the ult runs out.
