New Mastery Levels super extra awesome

I have a suggestion about mastery levels in a league of legends. Its been some time since you updated mastery levels and they are pretty good, but, I thought of something very interesting. I mean I know this means nothing to you but its kind off creative and I like it for you to have this on your mind. Maybe you could throw in a new mastery levels 8,9,10, but not just any new levels for every champ. They could be exclusive and unique, you could make like a 3 mastery level 8 tokens, 2 mastery level 9 tokens and 1 mastery level 10 token added in to loot of every summoner, and with it they could make a 3 mastery level 8 champs and then they could upgrade only 2 champs on level 9, and at last only 1 champ at level 10. Summoners would combine champion mastery level 8 shards with those mastery level 8 shards and some blue essence. With those mastery levels summoners would have a borders for those champs in loading screen, and lets say u would need a 5 champion mastery tokens for each mastery level up. I just thought this would be interesting to you because it was to me, while I was thinking about it, so yea.
