Cool/Unique Support Champion with Excess Health Resource Bar Idea.

Kit Concept (Full Support Champion) Champion Type: A bruiser support Passive: Not sure prob just mention of the resource bar and maybe a damage/utility sort of use. Q: [No Cost/Excess Health generator] A long ranged boomerang like skillshot that only damages champions and goes through minions and champions until reaching full range. If the spell hits it deals damage and then returns, if the user catches it they gain X% amount of excess health added to their resource bar based on how many champions were hit. (Would need a low cooldown to keep up the resource bar but it’s a fairly hard to land skillshot and requires moving around to catch boomerang which gives more opportunity to use the E root component.) (Needs to be a fairly difficult skillshot to land and catch as a lot of the power is in maintaining resource so you can keep healing a target ally over time. A good user of this kit will be able to position to get use of the root from E while also being positioned to catch the return of this skill to get more resource to continue healing with W.) W: [Excess Health] A targeted ability that drains the users resource bar to heal a target friendly champion over time based on the amount of resource the user has. Like a reverse Fiddlesticks drain. (Note: Can use other skills and move while channeling this ability.) E: [Excess Health] A targeted ability that tethers the user to a friendly ally champion or minion at long range, while tethered the user drains their resource bar over time. Tethered allies receive X% of the users armor and magic resistance. Also enemies that pass through the tether link are briefly rooted and take X damage this has an internal cooldown per enemy champion hit. R: [No Cost] The user gains full resource bar and a temporary speed boost if the user is tethered to an ally when ult is activated they too receive the speed boost. Core Weaknesses: The kit is very reliant on landing Q as W and E cant be used without resource and don’t there is no passive regen. However Q has a fairly long range and low cooldown so that it can always be keeping pressure on the enemy. It is however a difficult skillshot to land and to receive the resources the user must have good positioning to catch the boomerang on the way back. The Ult is designed to give small windows of playmaking if the user is unable to land q’s, giving them access to a full resource bar and some movement speed. However has a high cooldown to gate its use. Not only does Ult help with people that aren't that great at landing Q's it rewards people that are by giving the tethered ally a speed boost if they are tethered which can only be done with resource from landing Q before ulting.
