New Teemo Skin
I found this on Google Images, and the link does not work, so I do not know who the real artist is.
But I would call it Mad Hatter Teemo
I already thought of some particles for it:
Q: Teemo fires a ball of blue magic at the target, which then envelopes it like Malzahars Visions.
E: Little blue wisps with malicious faces surround the target.
R: Teemo fires a ball of large blue energy at target location, creating one of the mushrooms in this image. When it explodes, it let's out a loud scream with e large face shooting upwards, as if gulping down the area.
