Should Riot make a champ based around a Xamari Redblade?

On the interactive map, there is an order of Noxian warriors called the Xamari Redblades. In the most basic sense, they are warriors who have taken oathes of silence. They don't go into specifics, but their clothing and swords look pretty cool. Ever gonna make a champ based around them riot? Maybe that mysterious prisoner of demacia wink wink.
