Alexan: Lord of the Warpath 2.0

Reasoning: Alexan is a Primarily AD Tank/Fighter who can go Top or Mid. He Primarily Excels in Seigeing with Strong Waveclear and Many ways of dealing significant damage to enemy structures. He of course is vulnerable to ganks while in longbow mode due to his minimum range and also has trouble when he is positioned badly.

Backstory: Alexan was a scientist of Zaun who worked on replicating the Hextech system made by Piltover's Dean of Demolition, but ended up with something else entirely. Before that he was a young student to a Mad Scientist of Zaun. A very curious child at birth, many debated whether he was simply brave or insane when he picked up a leftover bomb from Ziggs siege on Zaun, and then proceeded to toy with it’s inner workings. As he toyed with it he found out it was a dud and proceeded to keep it as a small trinket, reverse engineering it into a clock. When he began his training with the scientist he showed him the bomb and explain his findings. The Mad Scientist was amazed at the young boys potential and took him under his wings. For years Alexan had trained with the mad scientist, and after his death he gave everything he owned to Alexan. One day Alexan was messing with the old hex tech bomb and began to think, he wondered if he could recreate the destructive force that laid in one of these. He took himself into his workshop and did not exit for 3 days. On the fourth day he reemerged looking like one of the augmented with his large ape looking suit that spewed smoke, belched fire, and carrying many different forms of heavy guns. He called this weapon the Zongyao. He ended up laying waste to an entire city block in his crazed testing attempts, and then left the city screaming “I am on a Warpath of DESTRUCTION!!!”, all who wish to see the Power of my destructive force may follow, those who don’t will do best to stay OUT OF MY WAY!!!” In his Warpath he gathered a following of Bandits and Raiders who would follow him to where he would go, knowing that nothing has yet to stop him and loot was plenty. Even one of Viktor’s cultist members has snuck in and reports to his master daily on his findings. While he has yet to head to any major city yet, one can only imagine the destruction that could occur if such a day comes.

Physical Description: A large silver and purple metal Gorilla like figure with many, many, guns and an young man’s head sticking out of it. The head has large amounts of red colored facial hair that is covered in gunpowder. The suit can also change into a stationary tank like figure

Mental Description: He is udderly obsessed with causing destruction, no one knows what happened that made him like this, but he is always trigger happy and usually leaves the area he is in utterly annihilated whenever he gets bored. He is very loud and has a big Macho attitude.

Voice: He has a very loud and high pitched voice for his age, almost always yelling.

Abilities

Passive: Ignus Tyrannus Rex: Alexan will gain 5 Boom Baby counters (Max: 200) whenever he kills an enemy minion, 10 when he kills an enemy champion, or 20 when he destroys an enemy structure. He can double click on an allied minion to consume 50 stacks and give it a boost based on the chosen minion. You will gain 80% of the gold from minions you have buffed. Melee: Gain 100 health, 30 AD and an 70% damage reduction from enemy turrets Caster: Gain an increased Range of 200 units and throws bombs that makes its attacks deal a bonus 200 damage as well as half that damage to units near that target (Range: 230) and deal double that damage to Turrets. Cannon: Increase Range of the minion by 200 units, and when it dies it will charge towards the unit that killed it, or the closest unit, prioritizing Structures (Range: 550) dealing 50 (+25 per level) True Damage to that unit, double to enemy structures. Super: All stats are doubled, it will be destroyed after 15 seconds and will gains Point Runner. While alive the Super Minion will only attack enemy structures.

Q: Squad Wrecker/ Release the Boomlings Squad Wrecker: Alexan smashes Zongyao’s hands into the ground around him (Range: 230) dealing 100/200/300/400/500 (+.35 AD) damage and sends out a shock-wave (Range: 390 long, 200 wide) that deals 60/110/160/210/260 (+.45 AD/.7 AP) Magic Damage. Release the Boomlings: Alexan opens a door in the lower section of the Zongyao releasing 3 Boomlings that Target a random nearby enemy (Range: 510) prioritizing Structures > Champions> Minions dealing 80/150/210/270/350 (+.5 AD) to whatever it hits. If it hits a structure it will instead deal double that damage as True Damage. The Damage to structures caps at 750 points. Cost: 70/120/160/200/240,** Cooldown**: 15/14/13/12/11 seconds

W: Usu-Ken Rocket Fist/ Mega Boom Cannon Usu-Ken Rocket Fist: Alexan fires a fist from Zongyao in a straight line (Range: 410 long, 100 wide) dealing 100%/125%/150%/175%/200% of Alexan’s AD in damage, stopping if it hit’s a champion, large monster, or tower and reducing their Armor by 5%/10%/15%/20%/25% as well as slowing them by 15%/15%/30%/35%/45% for 2 seconds, Towers will lose twice as much armor and lose Attack Speed instead of Movement Speed. Mega Boom Cannon: Alexan fires the Mega Boom Cannon dealing 50/100/200/250/300 (+.25 AD) damage in a cone (Range: 390 long/ 75-350 wide) and knocking back enemies hit by 430 units and slowing enemies hit by 10%/12%/14%/16%/18% for 5 seconds. Cost: 90/140/180/210/270, Cooldown: 15 seconds

E: Ultra Sonic Howl/ The Flame Waker Ultra Sonic Howl: Alexan let’s out a sonic blast from Zongyao dealing 150/250/350/450/550 Magic Damage (+.75 AP/.45 AD) in a straight line (Range: 500 long, 50 Wide), stopping on the first enemy it hits and silences them if it travels 450 units or more. The Flame Waker: Alexan fires a large canister from Zongyao, dealing 90/120/150/180/210 (+.55 AD) damage to all units hit within the circle (Range: 600/200) and ignites the area (Range: 1000/200 for 5 seconds dealing 50/70/90/110/130 (+.45 AD) damage to all enemy units and structures. Enemy Turrets hit by the initial blast will be disabled for 2 seconds. Cost: 60/80/100/120/140, Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12 seconds

R: Silverback Mode/ Longbow Mode: Alexan can transform the Zongyao into two different forms each with their own different abilities, attack range, and bonuses. The transformation takes 2.5/2/1.5/1 second to occur and you can’t move for the duration. You automatically have one point in this ability at level one. Silverback Mode: You gain a 5%/10%/15%/20% damage reduction from Turrets and your first attack against an enemy unit will slow them by 10% for 2/2.5/3/3.5 seconds but cannot be slowed by this ability for the next 7 seconds. Longbow Mode: You deal 5%/10%/15%/20% increased damage against enemy structures and deals half of the damage dealt to nearby enemy units (Range 210) but Alexan cannot move while in Longbow Mode, he also can’t use items or summoner spells that make him dash or blink. Cost: 0, Cooldown: 5/3.5/2 seconds

Longbow Mode: Spins the Cannon around while firing colored flares into the air making different shapes, shapes are random but include “The Insignia for any of the main Factions, Teemo’s Face, Helmet Bro’s Helmet, A Hextech explosive, or a Mushroom Cloud” Base: Silverback Mode: Throws down a small scale tower and climbs up to the top, then he lets one hand off and uses the other to hold on to the peak, pushing himself outwards and giving off a mighty roar. Longbow Mode: Fires his cannon so that the tank aims his cannon down words, then blasts himself upwards using the cannon. Death:** Silverback Mode**: He staggers back, then the Zongyao begins to malfunction before blowing up. Longbow Mode: Violently blows up.
