DRAFT PICK 3'S!

Why no draft pick 3's? I believe it is time to have Draft Pick 3's. There is no reason to have a ranked 3's draft pick when u are not able to practice draft pick 3's without doing ranked. League is balanced around 5's we all know, and that is not the problem, i dont mind some Champions being stronger on 3s than others but we need to have the option to be able to ban certain champions without being in ranked.
