PiRat (skin concept)

Or Pirate Twitch if you don't like puns. Basically, Twitch dressed as a pirate. His passive looks more like a skull and crossbones than the rat skull and crossbones. Q is a group of dark swirls around him, with a black skull and crossbones appearing when he enters stealth. W throws a bottle of pitch at the location, the bottle itself and the splash effect become black. E can't really change all that much, but the little line going to the targets can be made black instead of green. R again, not much can change. The green particles can be made black, though. He can use either a crossbow like normal or a pistol (if they make it not poorly animated like the one on Pickpocket Twitch). If it's made a pirate pistol, his bolts can be made bullets. I kinda wanna draw some art ideas, but won't right now. Could pretty easily be a Halloween skin, like Pirate Ryze is.
