[Champion Concept] Sen Kalok, The Forgotten

Sen Kalok would be composed of stone and adorned with jewelry such as bracelets/anklets/maybe a headdress. I imagine him roughly being the size of Nautilus both in-game model size, and his colossal size outside of the rift. I was inspired by the deities and gods who were believed to have the physical properties shown in the image of above.
He has no alignment to any irl religions, only the physical aspects of a giant thousand armed stone being.
Lore
Eons ago, before the Runeterra that we know today, ancient civilizations scoured lands far and wide. Long ago when the deserts of Shurima flourished with vegetation and civilization, there was a land lost to history known as Azar Miluk. The people of Azar Miluk idolized a deity who, in turn for their loyalty to him, protected this civilization. He was known as Sen Kalok.
Skillset
Dexterity, Passive Sen Kalok's hands are all active and within his control, therefore being able to used at all times when applicable. Never against his target, Sen Kalok's hands will defend him at 0.75 attack speed at all angles within a range of 175 dealing 0.8% AD and applying on-hit effects against surrounding enemies. On-hit effects with cooldowns can not re-apply to multiple enemies. One hand will defend Sen Kalok at a time per additional enemy.
Shattering Quake, Q Cooldown: 12/11/11/11/10 Mana: 80 Self-cast AoE Sen Kalok slams all of his hands down and within a radius the ground shatters leaving his foes trembling. Upon impact, Sen Kalok deals 80/100/120/140/160 + (0.5 AD + 0.5 AP) as magic damage. After the damage is dealt, enemies affected are slowed by 20/25/30/35/40% for 2 seconds.
Solidarity, W Passive: Allies are inspired by Sen Kaloks strength and take 2/4/6% reduced damage within a small radius. Upon activation, the passive does not apply.
Active: Cooldown: 24/23/22/21/20 After a 1 second channel, Sen Kalok roots himself in place and prays to the deities of his past. Sen Kalok places an aura on himself healing himself and allies around him and regenerating mana at half of the rate for the next 3 seconds. Sen Kalok and his allies heal for 40/60/80/100/120% bonus Health Regen per second for 3 seconds and regenerate mana for 20/30/40/50/60% bonus Mana Regen for 3 seconds.
Impenetrable, E Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12 Mana: 80 Self-cast Sen Kalok immobilizes himself and fully extends his arms to both sides of him creating a wall preventing no ally or enemy to pass for 5 seconds. Sen Kalok is immune to all disables and is silenced for this duration.
Wind of the Ancients, R Cooldown: 120/105/90 Mana: 100 Cone AoE skillshot Sen Kalok, channels taking a deep breath for 1.5 seconds pulling in enemies in a cone and reducing their movement speed by 50% should they try to escape. After the channel Sen Kalok blows in the same cone for 3 seconds, blowing back any minions or neutral minions 3500 units. Enemy Champions are blown back 1000-333 units based on the duration taking 150/250/350 + (0.6 AP) as magic damage. Furthermore, enemies hit by minions or monsters are dealt an additional 100/150/200 + (0.3 AD) as physical damage. Champions can not be struck by multiple minions or monsters. Sen Kalok can move at 50% movement speed during the channel and 100% movement speed while blowing.
