Officer Morgana and maybe Riot Nautilus

They're already the queen and king of making a player go afk so why not have morgana throw handcuffs or have have nautilus throw a car on chain, naut's ultimate could be a shockwave of explosions.

okay i guess nautilus is going a bit too far but I love playing this champion.
