So for a while I had pieces of a champion suggestion laying around, and now I got some extra time on my hands I thought of finishing this. I hope the ability ideas aren't too strong or weak on paper, if so I'd love feedback on how to change them. (No exact numbers, I'll just leave that to Riot)

"Someone needs to hold the balance in the world. Even if that means for them to turn evil."

Opted into the Order of Shadow after series of captivity and betrayal, Avroth is a Vastayan lizard that seeks only one thing; balance. He believes that every action should receive its consequence, that good cannot prosper without evil, or order can exist without chaos. When one side leans into dominating the worlds of Runeterra, he needs to stand the ground that the world will see a fair contest for who gets to prove themselves worthy. At least, so his trusty blade is telling him...

Passive: Distorting Pin: Every X seconds, Avroth's next basic attack deals extra X% AP magical damage, and marks them with a Mark of Famine. Enemies with a Mark of Famine causes to suffer from 5% extra Magical damage. (Avroth uses Health to pay for activating his abilities) ** Q: Needle Strike**. Avroth hurls a needle in a direction, dealing X AD physical damage to the first target it hits, can critically strike and marking the target with a Mark of Famine for 3s. W: Umbra Mantle. (Passive: If Avroth damages a target with a Mark of Famine, he heals X% AP. Avroth cannot gain health more than once from the same target each 20s) Avroth blinks towards an allied champion, super minion or an enemy with a Mark of Famine, and gains a burst of movement speed for 1s E: Cleaving Strike. Avroth imbues his blade, giving his next basic attack X AD extra physical damage and hits enemies around it for 25% damage. If a minion, monster or champion is killed this way, Avroth regains X% AP health and refreshes Distorting Pin's cooldown. R: Expose Weakness. Avroth turns invisible after a delay of 2 seconds and gains increased movement speed for 12/15/18 seconds. Attacking, using abilities or summoner spells causes the ability to stop. During this period, Avroth can reactivate this ability to cast Bound to Mortality. **R reactivate: Bound to Mortality. **Avroth briefly appears and strikes the target with his needle, dealing X AD + X AP to the target, and marking them with a Mark of Famine. Reactivating Bound to Mortality does not end Expose Weakness's duration.

Captured During Avroth's youth, he was terrified of combat and never managed to find the courage to even show up at the respective Ionian places to learn how to protect oneself. As he grew older he became more isolated, yet more vigilant. Vastaya slowly started to decend in more and more chaos, to which it was time for Avroth to leave, for he did not wish to see the result of what would yet come.

Years passed and Avroth found himself working on a trading ship, one that was one day setting sail towards Bilgewater. Whilst most of the trip went all right, after they unloaded and went back towards their destination at Piltover, the ship got ambushed by a crew from Bilgewater, the traders were being double-crossed. Guns were fired, swords were being swung, and whilst Avroth was hiding for his life, he couldn't help but end up being found, and taken hostage. As he was dragged on the ship, bound to the mast, while the rest of his trader's crew was slaughtered and left on the remains of their ship, a person with Avroth's attention started to approach. Two dark eyes staring at him, just above red bandana. Pyke gazed at him curiously, inspecting him. Without a word, Pyke turned around and looked at his crew. "Put him to work, see if someone'll be missing him. If not, guess the lizard found its new home." Months went away like rivers as Avroth was forced into service, though with each passing day, Avroth could pick up unrest, a storm brewing. He had gotten acquainted more with some of the crew, and noticed that he was not the only one that was showing signs of disapproval of Pyke. One day as Pyke's ship goes in for another plunder, the wind suddenly changed and, close before attempts to breaching, the crew turns on their captain, a coup incited by Pyke. Pyke ended up in a fight with the still-loyal ship's crew, and some of Pyke's shipmates fought along with him. Avroth still had not accustomed to fighting at all, and dodging as much as he could from the little practice he caught in he, he found himself on the wooden boarding, with a blade clinging in front of him, that of Pyke who got disarmed by the crew. Not a second passed and Avroth picked the blade up, turning around, and with a beastial roar he pierced him through his chest.

Silence.

Silence was all that passed. Pyke looking at Avroth in confusion, how a weakling, a coward managed to kill a leader, a the person to lead men into doing the morally impossible. It was this memory, that Avroth took with him that the weak can fight too, as long it was the right fight to hold. Avroth withdrew the blade and let Pyke drop down in the waters, defeated. The blade talked. "Did you... enjoy?" It said, but Avroth's moment of terror made its words miss its target. "Why did you do it... Because it was just? Revenge?" The blade said again, and Avroth looked around... yet nobody talked. "I can feel it from you... your rage... injustice... inbalance. You did it because you had to, yet nobody told you to. Am I right?" the voice said again, and Avroth looked at the blade he was holding. "A Vastayan wielder... you know about balance, right? We share a same fate... Injustice put me in this excuse of a blade... but I can guide you do the things I cannot. What if... I can teach you how to fight? Strike inbalance right where it hurts. End it." A glimpse appeared on Avroth's face, though he hides it as soon as the other ship came near that their vessel attempted to crew. As Avroth was not planning to stay part of the pirate crew, he surrendered immediately. Hours turned into days... days turned into weeks, as Avroth and his 'belongings' were carried and handed over from the ship Pyke's crew attempted to raid. It became clear it was a Noxian ship, and without little surprise, Avroth was dragged into the prisons deep below Noxus. The place was a horrendous, dark place. Cries of despair, pleas for mercy were heard every time a guard came by for a round. Avroth lost track of time how long he had been locked up, as daylight was but a luxury this deep in the dungeons. An unknown time later, he heard another prisoner being escorted in, being carried to the same cell as where Avroth was. "Just put this brat with the other freak" one of the guards mocked as they arrived, opening the cell door and throwing something into the cell, before it immediately closed. It didn't move for a while after the guards left, and Avroth looked curiously at it. Robes in decent condition, it had to be another outside captive. "...hello?" Avroth cautiously approached his cell mate. It was small, much smaller than him. He received no reply except maybe what could be recognized as a groan. "...Are you all right?" Avroth tried another time, but as the thing started to move, a pair of bright yellow eyes gazed at him. The surprise of the glare startled Avroth and he immediately backed off again, before it rolled its eyes again and looked away. "S-sorry, I didn't mean to-... It's been long since I had someone to... talk to." Avroth excused himself. It took them a while to ajust to each other, a silent battle between both of them, untill the other started to talk. "...Traitors. You can't trust anyone, they'll always try to get the best out of the deal!" The high voice replied again, as he started to move. Avroth could see now he was rather... small, and as he sat up, he saw him fiddling with something that looked like a gauntlet. "...I ended up taken by pirates. Bilgewater." Avroth replied to him, softly. The two of them looked at each other for a moment, inspecting each other much better now. "...you're... a yordle?" "Yes." he received as short answer. "...And you're... ehm..." Avroth chuckled and looked at him. "A vastayan. Our... kinds have history, that's why I recognized you." He says. "...although... I never got to see one in person. The name's Avroth." "...Veigar." The yordle replied to him, before looking at the bars of the cell again. Avroth followed his gaze as well, and then back to him. His appearance, now he could see it better, was somewhat off. From what he remembered yordles never really were dark-colored, or wore ominous-looking robes. Was he evil? But... this was Noxus, it wouldn't add up why he would be there. "You plan on taking revenge on them?" Avroth then dropped, a slight smirk. "I know you possess magic, maybe... we could figure out a way out of here. In return I could help you strike down the ones that betrayed you." He said with a grin, and without hesitation, the two started to hatch a plan. Avroth knew little magic, though Veigar could help him much more with this. And after years of plotting and preparations, the two of them went out, heading back towards Ionia.

After Avroth's departure from Veigar, he headed back to Ionia, unaware of what had happened in all those years he was gone. Enslaved and imprisoned. But as he returned to where his home tribe was, the sight was horrible and gruesome... his village burnt to the ground, remains of corpses from at least a day or two ago. All gone. It looked like a massacre. He investigated what happened, but during his investigation, other people started to arrive. The Order of Shadow arrived on the grisly scene, they looked investigatively at the vastayan, though his blade did not bear blood. "...Why did you do this...?" Not only Avroth hissed, but also the person in the front of order asked. Their leader, Zed, quickly understood that he had no relation to the events. "...W-why did this happen? What did my people do to deserve this?!" Avroth yelled at Zed, though Zed held ground. "It was not us that spilled blood on this soil. Noxus sent a message." Zed replied, his voice menacing from behind his mask. Avroth hisses at the mention of Noxus. It took him a while to think, and he looked at the blade. For a moment it looked like they conversed, before he looked at Zed again. "... You're the Order of Shadow, are you not? I tried applying long ago as a child..." Avroth asked, with a glare, though Zed simply nodded. "... Tell Noxus that the message was sent to the wrong adress..." Avroth hisses with a smirk, sheathing his blade.

"...And will return to sender."
