Lightning from Final Fantasy XIII

Would it be so cool if Lightning is in the game as a champ who fits all the positions?

Secondary Bar: ATB: Lightning uses ATB to cast her skills. Lightning has 3 ATB at the Level 1, each ATB takes 1 seconds to regain. Physical attack and casting spells will prevent Lightning from regaining ATB for 2 seconds. The time to regain ATB scales with cool down reduction. (n for the number of ATB she has)

Passive: Stagger: Lightning's basic attacks and skills add chain gauge to the target enemy. When chain gauge reaches 100, the target will be stun for 1 second and increases all Lightning's damage to the target enemy by 50% for the next 3 seconds. Lighting can drain 0.5 ATB from attacking and casting spells on enemy Champions who suffers from Stagger effect. (Stagger an enemy automatically returns Lightning's all ATB) Lightning's physical attack adds 1 stagger point.

Q: Ruin/Thunder/Cure

Cool down: 0.75 seconds global cool down

Cost: 1 ATB

Ruin: Lightning fires a bolt of chaos that deals 10/15/20/25/30 (+1.0 AD, + 0.1 AP) physical damage to the target. (skill shot, applies on hit effect). Ruin resets Lightning's basic attack.

Chain gauge stack: 1.5

Thunder: Lightning cast thunder spell at a small target area, deal 15/25/35/45/55 (+0.1 Bonus AD, +0.25 AP) magic damage.

Chain gauge stack: 8(+0.02 bonus AD)

Cure: Lightning cast a white magic, restore 20/25/30/35/40 (+0.1 bonus AD, +0.05 AP) health of an ally.

Chain gauge stack: N/A

W: Paradigm Shift: Lightning changes her class between Ravager, Commando and Medic, gives her new skills and ultimate. Each Class also has a small buff to Lightning.

Chain Gauge stack: N/A

Commando: Lightning learns Ruin, Blitz and Zantetsuken. Every 7/6/5/4/3 seconds, Lightning's next basic attack will becomes ranged. Basic attacks can reduce the time waiting by 1 second. Lightning also ignores 7/9/11/13/15% staggered enemies' armor.

Ravager: Lightning learns Thunder, Blizzara and The Army Of One. Lightning's basic attack now stack 5/7/9/11/13 chain gauge instead of 1.

Medic: Lightning learns Cure, Cura and Esuna. Lightning and her allies gain 2/4/6/8/10% healing effect.

E: Blitz/Blizzara/Cura

Cool down: 1 second global cool down

Cost: 3 ATB

Blitz: Lightning gain 200% movement speed for 1 second, and Lightning's next physical attack will be a melee attack and deals 20/40/60/80/100 (+1.0 AD) physical damage to her target (applies on hit effect) and all the enemy around her. Lightning then gain 30/40/50/60/70% attack speed for the next 3 seconds. The attack speed duration time stacks with each other.

Blizzara: Lightning cast a powerful ice spell to a area with a large radius, after a short delay, Lightning freezes the enemies in the target area, deals 60/80/100/120/140 (+0.4 AP) damage, and reduce their movement speed by 25%.

Chain gauge stack: 20(+0.03 bonus AD)

Cura: Lightning cast a powerful white magic that cures all the allies around her, restores 60/65/70/75/80 (+0.1 AP) of their HP.

Chain gauge stack: N/A

R: Zantetsuken/Army Of One/Esuna

Passive: Increases Lightning's maximum ATB by 1/2/3

Cost: No cost

Cool down: 150/130/110 seconds

Zantetsuken: Lightning spin her ultimate swords once, deals 200/300/400 (+1.0 Bonus AD) physical damage to all the enemies around her. Zantetsuken deals true damage to the enemies who are staggered. Zantetsuken resets all the chain gauge stacks of the enemies.

Chain gauge stack: all resets to 0.

Army Of One: After a short delay, Lightning dashes forward. If she hits an enemy Champion or epic monster, she will strike them with a powerful combo, stack massive chain gauge, deals 150/250/350 (+1.0 AP) physical damage and flip back to her original position. Lightning do not flip back if she doesn't hit an enemy champion or epic monster.

Chain gauge stack: 40/45/50

Esuna: Lightning cast the ultimate white magic, removes all debuff from her and the allies around her, makes them immune to CC for the next 2/3/4 seconds.

Chain gauge stack: N/A
