Moe – The Spirit of Mayhem (Support, possibly playable as ADC, Jungle)

Auto-Attack: Moe throws with pebbles, that can randomly bounce of the first taget and hit a second.

Passives:

• If his Health goes below 50%, he gains invisibility and movementspeed for 2 seconds. Can happen every 20 seconds
• When close, he shortens the range of enemy wards by 20%

Q: It’s a poke! (lvl 1 cooldown 8 seconds)

• he becomes physical and grows spikes for 1.5 seconds in the direction of enemy minions in close range and all enemy champs on the map,
  that deal physical damage and retreat, when they connect.
• Spikes, that point at enemy champions are of a different color

W: RUN! (lvl 1 cooldown 15 seconds)

• He becomes a small ball (smaller hitbox) with 30% increased movement speed, that leaves a trail of oily mists behind him, that increases the movement speed of all allies by 30% following him
• Enemies stepping on it, slip up and are thrown to the side (like on a rubber band) (only displacement)
• Last 5 seconds or until Moe takes damage

E: Fog machine (lvl 1 cooldown 13 seconds)

• He creates a wall of mist, lasting 2 seconds and spanning two thirds of the lane, that slows enemy projectiles and speed up ally projectiles by 40%
• Anyone standing in the mist becomes untargetable for physical attacks

R: I’m a turret! (lvl 1 cooldown 120 seconds)

• He possesses an ally, turret or legendary monster for 3 attacks and doubles their damage for those three attacks
• While in turretmode, he acts as shield for the possessed ally, taking all the damage aimed at them.
• He can also possess enemies, halving the damage on their next 3 attacks and becoming untargetable while lowering their magicresist

Rough story-outline: Moe was once a village boy with a great passion for pranks. Mostly small pranks that wouldn’t hurt (too bad) but made people scream with rage. But one day they had a visitor in their village, a famous shaman. He was known for his work with harmful spirits and thus was immediately asked by the village elders to contain an evil spirit in the forest near the village, that prayed on children. The shaman agreed, but the price he asked was so high, it would drain all the villages reserves, making tax for this year hard. Any pleading for some kindness and generosity fell on deaf ears and so, with heavy hearts, the elders agreed to the price for sake of the villages children. Moe didn’t like the coldhearted greed and decided to pull his best prank yet on the shaman. He would sneak into the shaman’s rooms during the night and displace things, he would throw little plant bits on him from the crowd, he would water all his clothes and so on. Small things, but infuriating. Until one night he was caught. The shaman being enraged about Moe, curses him. Curses him to become a bodiless spirit and then warding him out of the village, deep into the forest, so that he would never be able to come home again. And Moe grew very lonely and slowly fell into madness. He began pulling pranks on the people crossing the forest. Harmful pranks. And the forest was known as cursed.
