Do you buy skins full priced or on sale?

I sometimes use my RP to buy newly released new skins or the ones I've been wanting for a long time. I don't have the patience to wait for sales that much anymore. What about you?

I usually just get random mystery gifts. A friend and I just gift eachother. I only bought one skin at full price, and that was FireCracker Jinx Jinx !
