{champ concept} super op support/top incoming!
For the passive i was thinking a boost in armor and magic resist based on the amount of missing hp for example about +5% armor and resist for 10% hp missing, maxing at +40% at 50% hp missing.
For the Q a skill that would boost hp and mana regen for the support and a target allied player by 5x-10x (at 1st and 5th level) for 10 seconds.
For an E a skillshot that leaches hp for 5 seconds equal to 5%-10%(at 1st and 5th level) of target's max hp and mana (at max 5%from hp and 5%from mana)
As for the W i was thinking a trap similar to a teemo shroom but without any damage, just place them around the lane and jg and wait for someone to walk into it stun lasts for 1 second and leveling just reduces mana cost and cooldown
And for the R we are gonna bring the thunder, upon activation every player(including the enemy) is fully healed and any downed teammates respawn time is cut by 5-10-15 seconds and also causes AoE Damage Scaling with players missing hp 10%dmg per 30%hp missing (3k missing hp=1k physical dmg)
yes, i know how dumb it sounds, but it could make for a fun champion and maybe even a good one
