(Champion Concept) Yusillus, the Keeper of Ruin

Lore: When the Institute of War came to be, Noxian witch doctors worked to create a representative unkillable and all-powerful. For over 20 years this was going on, and the Demacian elite Garen was one of Demacia's greatest assets, and for Noxus to take Valoran as their own, they had to destroy him. Noxus' most skilled witch doctor created a puppet for this sole purpose. He named him Yusillus. However, this puppet was corrupted. Rather than only targeting Garen, he destroyed anyone he saw as a threat to that mission: which he thought was everyone. He broke through Noxus and made his way to the League of Legends, where he waitd for his opportunity to carry out his purpose.

Abilities:

Passive: Total Control - Yusillus' basic attacks deal 10% of his maximum Mana as bonus magic damage.

Q: Pin Cushion - Yusillus rolls a pin cushion to a target location, exploding after 3 seconds or when reactivated to deal 45/75/105/135/165 (60% Ability Power) magic damage and bleeding enemies hit for 10% of the damage dealt over 2 seconds. Range: 680 AoE: 150 radius Cooldown: 12 seconds Mana cost: 50/55/60/65/70

W: Pins and Needles - Creates a zone on the ground full of needles for 3 seconds, dealing 15/25/35/45/55 (20% Ability Power) magic damage per second to enemies in the zone and slowing them by 30%. Range: 900 AoE: 300 diameter Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/ Mana cost: 60

E: Pupaphobia - Yusillus screams in a cone, fearing enemies hit for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds. Cone range: 700 Cooldown: 13/12/11/10/9 Mana cost: 85

R: Pull Their Strings - Yusillus selects a target. For the next 3/4/5 seconds, 50/70/90% of the damage done to Yusillus, as well as any crowd control affecting him (excluding Ally abilities, ie. Tahm Kench devour) is reflected to that target. Range: 900 Cooldown: 200/160/120 Mana cost: 125/150/175
