Champion Concept : Cicero the Charon of Zaun part 2 Mechanics
early in Cicero's criminal life he planned a heist to eliminate a rival crime syndicate. his plan, unfortunately, fell apart and lost all his partners in it. he to just barely made it out alive but also left his eyes wide open to the fact that he to will need to know how to fight. He sat in his study covered in bandages, he decided to spend some of his fortunes on the best mage tutors in valoran. after years of training and studying magic, he developed his own magic. in the form of contracts. he assigns these contracts to bodyguards that he has with for when thing go south
**Basic Attack: **Cicero flicks coins at high speeds into his enemies
passive: With Intrest: every other coin shot into an enemy is returned as spendable gold to the champion the kills them.
Q: Speed Contract Cicero selects an ally champion to be known as the contract holder and is give a temporary in combat movement speed buff and attack speed buff for ten seconds. Buffs scale with level. at the end of the ten seconds, the contract holder gets 100 gold and Cicero is rewarded with fifteen seconds of a weaker version of his buff. if Cicero dies before the ten seconds then the contract holder loses their buff and get 50 gold. If the contract holder dies before the ten seconds then Cicero get buff for 5 seconds but is twice as strong. Cicero can earn the 100 gold if the player kills the champion that killed the contract holder within the 5 second period.(can't be earned if contract holder was killed by a minion, monster or turret.) cooldown doesn't start until the end of the contract.(5sec)
**W: Armor Contract: **This works just like the Q with the exception Armor buff and Magic Resist buff instead.
E:Power Contract: Again, Works just like the Q but with Attack damage and Ability power buffs.
**(PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY ONE OF EACH CONTRACT CAN BE OUT AT ANY GIVEN TIME, AND TWO CONTRACTS CAN BE STACKED ONTO ANY GIVEN ALLY CHAMPION AT ANY GIVEN TIME, AND NO THEY DO NOT NEED TO BE WITHIN ANY RANGE OF CICERO TO BE ACTIVE. ONLY FOR THE INITIAL ACTIVATION) **
**R: The Ultimate Stipulation:**Cicero loses 10% max health to give an allied champion 10 seconds of cc immunity, Triple health and mana regen, and double the buff effects of any contracts that champion is holding. if Cicero dies on activation then he earns 300 gold and the contract holder gains a shield that can grow to 600 health when out of combat. if contract holder dies then Cicero gains half of what was mentioned earlier. If target champion isn't holding a contract then they get double their current stats not including the shield or cc immunity.
Cicero is not a support for the front line but one that operate from the back controling the flow of battle with his contracts with him as the last resort if all his contract holders die in a team fight.
