Lianne is an angel wearing white silk robes and blonde short hair. She has a permanent halo over her and a golden staff with a pointy end. Other than that, she has beige wings and non-visible feet.

Passive: Guiding Light
Lianne can see through nearby brush if she stands still for 2 seconds (whether attacking or not) and gains 35% more vision range than others. She gains 10% bonus movement speed when moving towards the revealed enemies and can move through units. On death, Lianne's light spreads upwards to the sky and reveals a large distance around her.
Q: Ascension
Lianne plummets upwards, becoming untargetable and unseen for 0.8 seconds. Then, she lands at her target location, dealing 55/100/145/190/235 (+75% AD) to enemies in an area around her landing. Afterwards, she is immune to crowd control and gains 10/15/20/25/30% movement speed for 2 seconds.
W: Aerial Attack
Lianne floats above the ground to a location nearby, knocking away enemies she hits. Enemies hit are marked with Justice for 3.5 seconds. When Lianne attacks an enemy with Justice, she steals 12/15/18/21/24% movement speed from them for 1 second and heals herself for 10/23/36/49/62 health.
E: Retaliation
This skill cannot be cast if Lianne hasn't been attacked within 3 seconds. Learning how her enemy attacks, Lianne blocks the next attack from a target enemy. If an attack from that enemy is successfully blocked, Liannes next 4 auto attacks will deal 20/40/60/80/100 (+10% AD) bonus damage, reduce the targets damage by 10% for 1.5 seconds, and deal 3/4/5/6/7% of the enemy's current health as magic damage.
R: Justice Takes Over
Lianne recovers 30/40/50% of her missing health and deals 20/25/30% of her targets current health as damage. She then deals 50/60/70 true damage per attack on the targeted enemy for the next 4 seconds.
