Champion Idea?

Quetzaquotal (Kwets- uh- Kwoat- el)

Passive: Sacrifice- Choose a person on the other team to sacrifice to him, makin his movement speed increase for 5 seconds after the kill

Q: Quick Bolt- A bolt that strikes the enemy (dealing no damage) and hits them with a thrown heart, stunning them

W: Lightning Fangs- A move that dashes to bite the enemy and then automatically dashes back out of the way (Controlled in a direction just like a normal dash would be)

E- Master Wind- Quetzaquotal jumps up and knocks back the enemy, enabling them to move and use abilities for 1.5 seconds. It also slows his movement speed for 1.5 seconds (he would jump like the dragon is the Jungle)

R: Heartificial Sacrifice- (controlled in a minimal sized area) A ball of light shows up above as arrows and hearts shoot down and hit the enemy, thus dealing 40% damage to enemies under 50% heath, also slowing them for 2 full seconds.
