Champions that actually need skins

Can Riot possibly focus on giving champs skins that actually need them? I know it sounds crazy and it's just ten times easier making another Ahri skin but come on. Azir, Urgot, Kha'zix, Rengar just off the top of my head could use some love. No one even wants to use Azir, Rengar, Urgot skins because they are boring and gross to look at and Kha's last skin is basically a re-color. Night hunter Rengar looks like a blob of purple. Every time I come back to playing I see the same champs flooded with new skins and newer champs getting multiple skins.(Ekko,Lucian) I understand it's not easy to come up with ideas for some of these champs, I personally think the community has amazing skin concepts. I have a horrible imagination so I can't really help. Although I was watching Jurassic Park and thought Jurassi-Kha'zix sounded sweet. I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way.
